Make-A-Wish Foundation Makes a Wish Come True
Ten-year-old Jake Morgan so much wanted to play in this year's Last Chance Qualifier, but Brandon, Mississippi, is a long and expensive trip from Kona, Hawaii. The Make-A-Wish Foundation made this little boy's dream come true. And with a little help from 2006 Masters Division World Champion Jason Klaczynski, Jake is participating this year in the Last Chance Qualifier for the very first time.
Pokémon USA, Inc., is happy to welcome Jake, his parents Craig and Janet, and his cousin Brice as he joins the Junior Division players in the "grinder" in hopes of qualifying for the Main Event on Saturday. Whatever happens, we're glad he was able to spend this time with all of us.
