EX Delta Species

Mewtwo

Mewtwo Mewtwo channels the energy of your Pokémon to surprise your opponent! Mewtwo's Delta Switch lets you move any number of basic Energy cards between your Pokémon (except Mewtwo). Pump up a Pokémon, or spread the Energy cards around to help multiple Pokémon! Mewtwo's Energy Burst attack has a lot of potential, and as a dual-type Fire/Metal-type Pokémon, Energy Burst can simultaneously gain attack power and defense when you attach a Metal Energy card to Mewtwo!

Rayquaza

Rayquaza Rayquaza provides you with a great attack-oriented Basic Pokémon. It can attack right away with Power Blow, and the attack becomes stronger as you attach more Energy. If you attach a one of the new Holon Energy cards, Rayquaza can use its Lightning Storm attack without any side effects, and if you attach a Metal Energy card, Rayquaza gains Metal Energy's defensive effect because Rayquaza is a dual Lighting/Metal-type Pokémon!

Dragonite

Dragonite Dragonite's Delta Charge will help you recover Lightning Energy in your discard pile. That's very useful when combined with Lightning-type Pokémon that discard Energy after attacks, but it's also helpful because the new and powerful Holon Supporter cards require you to discard a card to use them, so you can use a Supporter card and then attach extra Energy in one turn!

Gardevoir

Gardevoir Tricky to use but dangerous to confront, Gardevoir is stronger when the odds are against you! Psychic Rage's damage is based on the damage counters on Gardevoir, so your opponent will pay for injuring Gardevoir. Black Magic's damage is based on the number of Benched Pokémon your opponent has in play, so your opponent has to be extra-careful about his or her Bench. Finally, Energy Jump lets you move any Energy card from one of your Pokémon to another, so Gardevoir can support your team even when it's not attacking!

Metagross

Metagross A devastating combination of offense, defense, and support, Metagross strikes with intense magnetic energies! Delta Control lets you search the top four cards of your deck, Crush and Burn does an incredible amount of damage, and since Metagross is a dual Lightning/Metal-type Pokémon, it can absorb damage when a Metal Energy card is attached!

Salamence

Salamence Most Pokémon with 100-point attacks must pay a large penalty to use those attacks. They may have to discard two Energy, or even damage themselves! Not Salamence: Salamence's 100-damage attack, Delta Blast, only requires one Metal Energy to be discarded. Salamence also has a helpful Fire Dance attack that can attach a Fire Energy to one of your Pokémon from the discard pile! And since the new Holon Research Tower (#94) Stadium card allows basic Energy cards to provide Metal Energy when attached to a Pokémon, Salamence can use basic Energy to pay for Delta Blast when that Stadium is in play!

Holon Scientist

Holon Scientist Quite a few players end up with large hands, so they have a lot of choices when playing their deck. You can even the odds with Holon Scientist. After discarding a card, you can draw cards until you have the same number of cards as your opponent. With that much potential drawing power, you'll have extra Energy cards, Trainer cards, and Pokémon cards in your hand. You'll be turning the tables in moments!

Holon Researcher

Holon Researcher A great example of the increased power of the Holon Supporter cards, Holon Researcher lets you search your deck for your choice of either a Metal Energy card or a Basic or Evolution card with δ in its name. You have to discard a card, but since you can search for a variety of cards, it's worth it, especially since there are few other ways to search your deck for Metal Energy cards. Besides, there are many ways of getting the discarded card back.

Holon Energy GL

Holon Energy GL Holon Energy cards react with other types of Energy to generate extra effects for your Pokémon. Holon Energy GL reacts with Grass Energy and Lightning Energy. If a Pokémon has Grass Energy and Holon Energy GL attached, it can't be affected by Special Conditions. If Lightning Energy and Holon Energy GL attached, it takes 10 less damage from Pokémon-ex. If all three types of Energy are attached, that Pokémon gains both effects!

Eevee

Eevee The first-ever Metal-type Eevee will help you protect Eevee and anything it may evolve to! Eevee's Metal Scoop can attach a Metal Energy card from your discard pile, so you will find it useful with Supporter cards that make you discard a card, such as the Holon Supporter cards.

Espeon

Espeon Espeon helps support your Delta Species Pokémon by healing each of your Delta Species Pokémon once per turn! Espeon's Delta Heal lets you remove one damage counter from each of your Delta Species Pokémon. Since most Delta Species Pokémon are Metal-type Pokémon, Espeon's additional healing will improve their defensive abilities.

Flareon

Flareon Flareon will help you find the new Holon Energy cards fast! Its Delta Search attack lets you search your deck for a Holon Energy card and attach it to Flareon. On your next turn, Flareon's Return Burn lets you choose to return an Energy card to your hand. If you do, the Defending Pokémon is now Burned. Not only have you done extra damage and caused a Special Condition, but you may attach that Energy card to another of your Pokémon on the next turn!

Jolteon

Jolteon Jolteon has a Delta Search attack that lets you search your deck for a Holon Energy card and attach it to Jolteon. On your next turn, Jolteon's Return Spark lets you choose to return an Energy card to your hand. If you choose to do so, the Defending Pokémon is now Confused. Not only would you have done extra damage and caused a Special Condition, but you may attach that Energy card to another of your Pokémon on your next turn!

Umbreon

Umbreon Umbreon helps you counter your opponent's use of Special Energy cards. If your opponent attaches a Special Energy card to a Pokémon while Umbreon is in play, Umbreon's Delta Moon lets you put a damage counter on that Pokémon. With all of the Holon Energy cards, Holon's Pokémon cards, and Metal Energy cards that will be used in EX Delta Species, Delta Moon will be an invaluable aid!

Vaporeon

Vaporeon Vaporeon's Return Wave lets you choose to return an Energy card to your hand. If you choose to do so, you may choose an Energy card attached to the Defending Pokémon and return it to your hand. When used with Umbreon (#17), you can cause your opponent to put a damage counter on his or her own Pokémon whenever they reattach the Special Energy cards that you have previously detached!

Crowbat

Crowbat No one in Holon is safe from Crobat! Crobat's Radar Jam does 30 damage and prevents the opponent from playing Trainer cards (unless they're Supporter cards), so your opponent will be less able to save his or her Pokémon from Target Attack! Target Attack does 60 damage to your choice of your opponent's Pokémon if it has at least one damage counter on it, and 40 damage even if it doesn't.

Latias

Latias While in Holon, Latios becomes more attuned to the vulnerabilities of highly evolved Pokémon. Latios' Psychic Force does 80 damage while your opponent has any Stage 2 Pokémon in play, and the Energy cost for Psychic Force is less if you have a Latias or Latias ex in play.

Latios

Latios While in Holon, Latios becomes more attuned to the vulnerabilities of highly evolved Pokémon. Latios' Psychic Force does 80 damage while your opponent has any Stage 2 Pokémon in play, and the Energy cost for Psychic Force is less if you have a Latias or Latias ex in play.

Ditto

Ditto Ditto is a great starting point for any deck with multiple Ditto cards. It can attach an Energy card from your discard pile to itself, so it can transform to a different Ditto on your next turn with the Duplicate Poké-Power. Choose any of the ten Ditto cards in EX Delta Species, or switch to the EX FireRed & LeafGreen Ditto (#4) so you can use its Form Variation to become a Basic Pokémon in your discard pile, which you may be able to evolve later. You'll discover how easily Ditto combos will help you attach Energy cards and evolve Pokémon!

Castform

Castform Improve your draw power with Castform, whose Holon Draw draws three cards if a Holon Energy is attached. Having extra cards will help you set up your Benched Pokémon, but don't draw too many cards: otherwise, Castform's Temperamental Weather may not be able to transform this Castform into another kind of Castform that might have been in the deck!

Flareon ex

Flareon ex Your opponent will surely be surprised and dismayed by the appearance of Flareon ex! If you play Flareon ex from your hand to evolve one of your Pokémon, you may make one of the opponent's Defending Pokémon Burned and Paralyzed. If you have an Active Pokémon that takes advantage of your opponent's Special Conditions, you'll be putting your opponent out of his or her misery fast!

Jolteon ex

Jolteon ex Shock your opponent with Jolteon ex's Evolutionary Thunder! It lets you place a damage counter on each of your opponent's Pokémon when you play Jolteon ex from your hand to evolve one of your Pokémon. Not only does this weaken your opponent's entire team, but it also helps Jolteon ex's Second Bite, which gets a damage bonus for each damage counter on the Defending Pokémon!

Vaporeon ex

Vaporeon ex Vaporeon ex's Swirl will wash away your troubles and your opponent's hand! If you play Vaporeon ex from your hand to evolve one of your Pokémon, you may have your opponent shuffle his or hand into his or her deck. It works very well if your opponent has recently searched his or her deck or discard pile for cards, but hasn't played them yet. You will have ruined their plans!

Holon Research Tower

Holon Research Tower Many of the new Pokémon δ require at least one Metal Energy to be attached in order to use their best attacks. Holon Research Tower makes it easy for Pokémon δ to attack, because it allows basic Energy cards attached to Pokémon δ to provide either the usual Energy type or Metal Energy! You won't have to worry about having enough Metal Energy once this Stadium card is in play.
